My name is Tara Ellis and I'm an 18 year old GED graduate who is trying to raise money for school. I would like to pursue a career in wildlife conservation or natural resources managment.
Because I am not a traditional high-school graduate there are few scholarship opportunities available to me, even though I did well on my GED test. I received a battery average score of 630, equivalent to a GPA of approximatley 3.5.
I live with my grandparents, who own a small business. I am not able to receive much federal grant money because my E.F.C.(Expected Family Contribution)is not very low. I, however, don't think my grandparents should have to help pay for my education, they have helped me enough already.
This is why I am currently asking for donations. If you feel you would like to help you can send me money via PayPal or send cash, check or money order through the postal mail. I only ask what you can afford, whether it be $1.00, $10.00 or any other amount. If you don't want to send me any money, that's ok.
